Rejection Is A Blessing In Disguise

Do you ever wonder how many times in life that we are told "no" when it comes to certain things in our lives? It may be a job position and you we're looking to receive the extra money to make ends meet. Maybe a relationship you thought would end in marriage failed before you could get to the altar. In any case, we know that things happen in our lives for many reasons but be well assured that God has a Jer. 29:11 for your life "“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." Think of the "no" that God gives us. It's not to punish us. It's to either protect us from something that could potentially harm us or He has something better for us. The Lord will never present something that will cause grief and strife. So the next time you're rejected from something or someone, thank God in advance. He has your future in mind.
